Boston Coffee Roasters Fundraiser
The Boston Coffee Roasters fundraiser gives your supporters plenty of variety without turning the brochure into a huge catalog. The current Ultimate Coffee Collection has 15 selections: eight 11-ounce bags of ground coffee, one seven-flavor Coffee Sampler, and six 12-count boxes of single-serve cups.
The brochure includes regular and decaf coffee, darker roasts, and flavors such as French Vanilla, Hazelnut Creme, Jamaican Me Crazy, Banana Nut Bread, Wickedly Caramelized, and Wickedly Chocolatey Brownie Toffee Crunch. The Coffee Sampler gives supporters seven individual packets when they’d rather try several flavors than choose one full bag.

Step 1: Call and Tell Me About Your Group
Call with your questions and tell me a little about your group. We’ll go over the coffee fundraiser and send your agreement and selling materials when you’re ready to get started.
Step 2: Hand Out the Brochures
Most groups sell for two to three weeks. Your sellers show the brochure to family, friends, neighbors, teachers, coaches, and coworkers, and collect their orders and payments.

Step 3: Tally Your Group Order
At the end of the fundraiser, total the quantity sold for each item on the master order form and send your
order to us by email or phone.

Step 4: Keep Your Profit and Pay the Balance
Your group keeps its 45% profit upfront and pays the remaining balance by organization check, business
check, cashier’s check, or money order.

Step 5: Receive Your Delivery
Orders are processed after payment is received and generally ship within about seven business days. The coffee arrives in bulk for your group to sort by seller.
