Food from the Heartland
Give families a delicious selection of sweet and savory foods to enjoy at home, serve at gatherings, or give as gifts. The brochure includes cookies, chocolates, cheese spreads, nuts, and easy-to-make desserts.
Your group earns 40% profit on every item and can choose brochure, hybrid, or virtual fundraising.

Pair Gourmet Goodness With Winter Wonderland or Hello Spring
We often recommend pairing Gourmet Goodness with Winter Wonderland for fall and holiday shopping. With both brochures, families can order food, wrapping paper, Yankee Candles, kitchen items, and holiday gifts.

In spring, pair Gourmet Goodness with Hello Spring so families can shop for flowers, gardening products, and spring gifts, along with chocolates and other foods.
Your sellers use the same customer order form whether you offer one brochure or two. Your group follows the same order-submission and packing process, so offering both does not create a second fundraiser.
Choose Hybrid or Virtual Fundraising for Online Sales
With a hybrid fundraiser, sellers can share the brochure with family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors and send online shopping links to supporters near or far.

Supporters can shop and pay online, choosing home delivery or group delivery. With a virtual fundraiser, every order ships directly to the buyer, so your organization does not have to distribute boxes.

We'll show sellers how to register and share their links, and you can follow online sales throughout the fundraiser.
Prize Programs That Build Excitement
Prize and incentive programs can add even more fun to your fundraiser. Students can earn prizes, classrooms can enter drawings for other rewards, and teachers can receive incentives for encouraging participation.
When your group pairs Gourmet Goodness with Winter Wonderland or Hello Spring, each seller's sales from both brochures count toward the prize levels.

How our Gourmet Goodness fundraiser works
1
Choose how you want to sell
Call Deb to get started. You can choose brochure, hybrid, or virtual fundraising. There is no minimum order or upfront cost. If you have questions, we can talk about the options available.
2
Customize your fundraising materials and online store
We’ll prepare a participant letter with the information your sellers and families need:

-
Why your organization is raising money
-
Your fundraising goal
-
The ways participants can sell
-
Payment information
-
Your fundraiser end date
-
Contact information for questions
We can also add your logo, a seller-registration QR code, and selling tips. If you choose hybrid or virtual fundraising, we will set up the online store for your group. Your chairperson login lets you see registered sellers and follow online sales.
3
Receive seller packets, posters, and kickoff materials
Before your fundraiser begins, we prepare the seller packets and ship them to your group at no cost. Each includes your chosen brochure or brochures, an order form, a collection envelope, a participant letter, and prize information if your group offers prizes. Virtual fundraisers also include a flyer for sharing the
online store. For schools, we pack 25 seller packets in each tote bag for the teacher to keep. Show the kickoff video at an assembly or in classrooms, or email it. Posters in hallways or gathering areas help
keep the fundraiser visible.
4
Register and begin selling
Encourage participants to register online and share the brochure and shopping links right away by text, email, or
social media.
5
Submit your group order
Mail order forms with our prepaid label, or scan and email them. Sellers can also enter their orders online. We
enter mailed or emailed forms for you.
6
Receive orders packed for each seller
After you submit the order, we combine each seller's brochure and online orders and ship them to your group. Whether they used one brochure or both, we pack each seller's order in a labeled box, ready to hand out without sorting.

Brochure orders ship free. We'll email your invoice, sales reports, and tracking information when your order ships.
7
Distribute orders and receive your profit
When the delivery arrives, volunteers can hand each labeled box to the correct seller.

Your organization earns 40% profit on brochure and online sales. You keep the profit from brochure sales upfront.
Profit from online orders shipped with the group order is applied to the invoice, reducing the amount owed.

With a virtual fundraiser, product orders ship directly to the buyers, and a profit check is mailed to your
organization.
Fall and Holiday Food Fundraiser
Planning a fall or holiday gourmet food fundraiser? The brochure is available from August through April. That
gives your group plenty of time to use it as a fall food fundraiser, a holiday food fundraiser, or a spring fundraiser.

For groups looking for Thanksgiving fundraising ideas, families can order foods to serve with dinner, put out when company comes over, or keep on hand for holiday snacking.

Groups looking for Christmas fundraiser ideas can use the same brochure because the foods are affordable and
easy to sell before the holidays.
Food Fundraiser for Schools and Groups
Schools can use it as a school fundraiser catalog, and students can share the brochure, their personal online shopping links, or both. Families often support school food fundraisers because they can buy something they'll enjoy while helping students raise money.

One reason groups like catalog fundraisers for schools is that each seller's order arrives packed and labeled, ready to hand out.
A Holiday Fundraiser for Schools
For a holiday fundraiser for schools, we suggest starting in late summer or early fall, before families get busy with Thanksgiving and Christmas.

You can offer Gourmet Goodness on its own or pair it with Winter Wonderland for holiday shopping. Together, they make great holiday fundraisers for schools and other organizations.

Winter Wonderland adds a wonderful Christmas fundraiser catalog filled with wrapping paper, Yankee Candles, kitchen items, and holiday treats.

When PTO groups ask us for PTO fundraising ideas, we often recommend pairing Gourmet Goodness with Winter Wonderland and adding the prize program. Students can earn credit toward prizes on sales from both brochures.

PTA groups looking for PTA fundraising ideas can use the same pairing and add Online Fundraising. Students can share their shopping links, and families can shop and pay online with a credit or debit card.

Whether you want a catalog food fundraiser or just snacks, we can help you find School Fundraising Ideas that work well for your students.
