Fall Catalog, Food & Gift Fundraiser for Schools and Groups
Fall Goodies and Gifts Fundraiser
When you are comparing fall fundraising ideas, Fall Heartland Goodies and Gifts gives your group both brochure and online selling in one fall fundraiser. The brochure includes food and gifts.
With our Heartland Goodies and Gifts fundraiser, your sellers can share the brochure locally or invite family and friends throughout the Lower 48 states to shop online. With hybrid fundraising, they can do both.
If you are still exploring, call me and tell me a little about your group. I can explain the selling options and suggest dates based on when you would like your order.
Fall Heartland Brochure Fundraiser
Take a look through our fundraiser brochure and you’ll find chocolates, fudge, coffee, snacks, bakery items, candles, bath and body products, jewelry, pet products, household gifts, American-made gift wrap, and more.
The variety gives family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors plenty to choose from for themselves, fall gatherings, and holiday shopping. Everything is nonfrozen, so your group does not need refrigerator or freezer space when the order arrives.

Your group can also choose how to sell, with traditional brochure sales, hybrid fundraising, cashless fundraising, and virtual fundraising options available.

Hybrid Fundraising: Brochure and Online Sales
With hybrid fundraising, every seller uses both the fall catalog and the online store. Sellers can show the catalog in person and share the store by email, text, or social media. Friends and family locally and throughout the Lower 48 states can shop online and pay by credit card. Someone who looks through the catalog in person can also place and pay for the order online.
Cashless Fundraising
With cashless fundraising, sellers talk with supporters and share your flyer, but every order is placed and paid for online. Buyers can choose free shipping to your group at the end of the fundraiser or pay shipping to have their order sent to their home sooner. This option works for groups that are comfortable receiving the group order and distributing it to their sellers.
Virtual Fundraising
A virtual fundraiser is completely online.

Sellers share the store, and supporters pay online. Orders ship to their homes, so your group does not collect forms or handle delivery.

How the Fall Heartland Fundraiser Works
1
Choose How You Want to Sell
Most groups sell for about two weeks. Tell me when you would like to receive your order, and I can suggest your selling dates. For fundraisers for Thanksgiving, brochure orders are due by mid-October. Christmas orders are due by mid-November.
Customize the Materials
We'll customize your participant letter and set up the online store when you include online sales. You'll also receive the information needed to track registrations and sales.
2
3
Receive the Seller Packets
Your seller packets arrive assembled with the brochure and selling materials, ready to hand out.
4
Begin Selling
Each seller shares the fall catalog in person and the online store by email, text, or social media. Supporters can place and pay for orders online, including after viewing the catalog in person. Keep online orders in the store rather than copying them onto the paper form.
5
Submit the Group Order
At the end, collect the brochure order forms and payments. Return the forms with our shipping label or email them for faster processing.
6
Review Reports and Pay the Invoice
Once the orders are entered, we'll email your reports and invoice and go over them with you.
7
Receive Seller-Packed Orders
Orders sent to your group arrive packed and labeled for each seller. Home-delivery orders go directly to
your supporters.
Profit, Shipping and Payment
Your group earns 40% profit on brochure and online sales. You keep the brochure profit as you collect orders, and we credit online earnings to the invoice. If the credit exceeds the balance, we mail your group the
difference. With a virtual fundraiser, we mail your profit check.
There is no minimum or case requirement, and seller materials have no upfront cost. Shipping to your group is free when combined group-delivery orders reach 400 items.
We accept checks and money orders. Credit cards have a processing fee. Approved public-school purchase orders receive 15-day terms.
Thanksgiving Fundraising Ideas and Holiday Timing
When you are comparing fundraising ideas for fall, start with your delivery date. Fall Heartland works well for Thanksgiving and early holiday shopping.
Fall fundraising is usually strongest in August and September, before families are busy with school sales and holiday fundraisers.
Thanksgiving fundraisers are easier to sell when families can use what they buy for the holiday. Start early enough, and the same brochure can continue as a holiday fundraiser.
If Christmas is your main focus, consider Winter Wonderland. It is our top recommendation for a Christmas catalog fundraiser. Its Christmas fundraiser catalog includes wrapping paper and gifts.
