Hybrid Fundraising
With hybrid fundraising, your sellers use the brochure in person and invite their family and friends to shop online. The brochure is great for in-person sales and sharing at work, and the online store helps sellers reach people locally and throughout the lower 48 states. Buyers can pay by credit card, and sellers can share the store link and Group ID by email, text, or social media.

Cashless Fundraising
Some schools and groups don't want participants handling cash but still want orders shipped free to the group. With our cashless gourmet popcorn fundraiser, your sellers can show a flyer in person, and then buyers order online and pay by credit card. We give sellers a flyer with your online store website, Group ID, and QR code to show in person or share by email, text, or social media.

Traditional Brochure Fundraiser
Your sellers collect all orders in person, and supporters pay in cash or by check. Keep in mind that many people no longer carry cash, or may buy only one item if they don't have enough cash to buy more.

Choose How You Want to Sell
We can help you choose hybrid, cashless, brochure-only, or virtual fundraising.

We’ll Set Up Your Online Store
We’ll customize your online store with your group name, logo, message, goal, and end date. You can also choose which product categories to offer. You can also add a donation tab, and your group will earn 70% of every donation. We’ll email your login information and Group ID. You can log in to find promotional materials, see who has registered, and check your sales.

Receive Your Seller Packets
Your seller packets arrive ready to hand out with the brochure, order form, and collection envelope. If you add the prize program, we’ll include the prize flyer. We’ll also customize the participant letter with your dates, payment options, goal, registration details, shopping instructions, and selling tips.

Begin Selling
Everyone registers as a seller and can begin selling with the brochure, email, text, and social media. Most groups sell for about two weeks. If you need your popcorn before Thanksgiving or Christmas, we must receive completed order forms by mid-October for Thanksgiving delivery and mid-November for Christmas delivery. Call us for this year’s exact cut-off dates.

Submit the Group Order
At the end, collect the brochure order forms and payments. Return the forms with the shipping label we provide or email them for faster processing.

Review the Reports and Pay the Invoice
Once we enter the orders, we'll email your reports and invoice.

Receive Seller-Packed Orders
Your order ships to your organization, and we’ll send the tracking information. The boxes arrive packed and labeled for each seller, making distribution easier.
Poppin’ Popcorn Profit, Shipping and Payment
Your group earns 40% profit whether buyers use the brochure, shop online, or choose home delivery. There is no cost to get started, no minimum order, and no cases to buy.

Supporters do not pay a shipping charge when they choose to have their online orders shipped to your group. When your brochure orders and online orders shipped to the group total 400 items, shipping to your organization is free. If you sell fewer than 400 items, a shipping fee is added, but it generally decreases as your sales increase.
Some buyers may prefer home delivery so they can receive their popcorn sooner. Ship-to-home orders of $99 or more receive free shipping. Orders under $99 have a shipping fee.

Your group keeps the profit from brochure sales upfront. Once we have entered all orders, your online earnings will reduce the amount you still owe. We accept public-school purchase orders, school or organization checks, cashier's checks, and money orders. We also accept credit-card payments, with a processing fee.
After we receive your completed order forms, your group order usually ships in about three to four weeks.
Sweet Chaos Popcorn Fundraiser
Sweet Chaos gives your group another way to hold a popcorn fundraiser, but it works differently from Poppin’ Popcorn. This is a brochure-only program, with no online store or virtual selling option.
Groups of any size can use Sweet Chaos. It works well when you want sellers to collect orders in person with cash sales and checks.
How the Sweet Chaos Popcorn Fundraiser Works

Choose Your Brochure and Selling Dates
Choose the brochure you would like to use and your start and end dates. Most groups sell for about two weeks. The brochures are free and usually arrive within a week.

Hand Out the Fundraising Materials
We’ll customize a participant letter with your fundraiser dates, payment information, goal, and selling tips.
Sellers collect their orders using the paper brochure and order form. They can also share brochure images with family and friends by email, text, or social media, but the orders are still placed through the seller.

Collect the Orders and Payments
At the end of the fundraiser, collect the completed order forms and payments from your sellers. Your group keeps its 40% profit upfront and sends a check or money order for the remaining balance before processing the order.

Sweet Chaos orders usually ship within two to three weeks and arrive in bulk.

Your group earns 40%. Sweet Chaos has a 50-item minimum, but there are no case minimums. We add a flat $99 shipping fee to your invoice.
