SPRING CATALOG, FOOD & GIFT FUNDRAISER FOR SCHOOLS AND GROUPS

Spring Gifts Fundraiser

Need PTO fundraising ideas this spring?

Choosing a spring fundraiser can feel confusing when there are so many choices. I recommend Spring Heartland Goodies and Gifts because you can offer several product types and choose how your group wants to sell.

With our Heartland Spring Gifts fundraiser, your sellers can share the brochure in person, invite family and friends throughout the Lower 48 states to shop online, or use hybrid fundraising and do both. I can explain each option and help you decide what's easiest for your group.

If you'd like to talk about any details, call me and tell me a little about your group. If you're just exploring your options, I can answer your questions, help you decide whether Spring Heartland might work for your group, and suggest the best selling dates based on when you would like to receive your order.

Spring Heartland Goodies and Gifts

Take a look through our spring brochure and you'll quickly see why most groups want more than one product.

Some families might prefer to shop for chocolates and snacks, while others might be more interested in jewelry, flowers, or something useful for the kitchen or home.

Online Spring Fundraising Options

You can choose hybrid, cashless, brochure-only, or virtual fundraising. I can explain how each option works and help you decide which is easiest for your group.

Hybrid Fundraising: Brochure and Online Sales

With hybrid fundraising, every seller uses both the spring catalog and the online store. Sellers can show the catalog in person and share the store by email, text, or social media. Friends and family locally and throughout the lower 48 states can shop online and pay by credit card. Someone who looks through the catalog in person can also place and pay for the order online.

Cashless Fundraising

With cashless fundraising, sellers talk with supporters and share your flyer, but every order is placed and paid for online. Buyers can choose free shipping to your group at the end of the fundraiser or pay shipping to have their order sent to their home sooner. This option works for groups that are comfortable receiving the group order and distributing it to their sellers.

Traditional Spring Brochure Fundraiser

You can also choose to use only the brochure. Your sellers can talk with family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors while collecting orders and payments. Since many people prefer to pay by credit card, I usually recommend
a hybrid fundraiser when your group can use both.

Virtual Fundraising

If your group would rather keep everything online, a virtual fundraiser may be the easiest option. Your sellers share the store, your supporters pay online, and orders ship to their homes. Your group will not collect paper forms, handle payments, or organize a delivery.

How the Spring Heartland Fundraiser Works

1

Choose How You Want to Sell

Start by deciding whether you want brochure sales, online sales, or both. If you are not sure, I can help
you compare hybrid, cashless, brochure-only, and virtual fundraising.

2

Customize the Materials

We'll customize your participant letter and set up the online store when you add online sales. You'll
receive the Group ID and dashboard information to track registrations and sales.

3

Receive the Seller Packets

Your seller packets arrive assembled with the brochure, order form, collection envelope, and participant letter, ready for your volunteers to hand out.

4

Begin Selling

Each seller shares the spring catalog in person and the online store by email, text, or social media.
Supporters can place and pay for orders online, including after viewing the catalog in person. Keep online orders in the store rather than copying them onto the paper form.

5

Submit the Group Order

At the end of the sale, collect the brochure order forms and payments. You can return the forms with the shipping label we provide or email them for faster processing.

6

Review Reports and Pay the Invoice

Once the orders are entered, we'll email your reports and invoice and go over them with you.

7

Receive Seller-Packed Orders

Orders shipped to your group arrive packed and labeled for each seller, making distribution easier.
Home-delivery orders go directly to your supporters.

Profit, Shipping and Payment

Your organization earns 40% profit on brochure and online sales. You keep the brochure profit as orders are collected, and your online earnings reduce the amount owed on your invoice. If online earnings exceed the balance, we'll mail your group the difference. With a virtual fundraiser, we'll mail your profit check.

You can start without a minimum order, case requirement, or upfront cost for seller materials. Shipping to your group is free when the combined brochure and online items sent to the group reach 400. We accept checks, money orders, credit cards, and approved public-school purchase orders with 15-day terms.

Mother’s Day and Easter Fundraising Ideas

Spring Heartland can work especially well when your families are already shopping for Easter and Mother’s Day. Jewelry, chocolates, flowers, and other Mother's Day fundraising gifts give them several reasons to buy.

If you are looking through Mother's Day fundraiser ideas, this brochure gives your families gifts for moms and grandmothers along with food and items they may want for themselves. That is why it is one of the Mother's Day
fundraisers I often recommend.

Spring Heartland can also be a good choice when you are considering Easter fundraiser ideas. All of the food is shelf-stable, so your volunteers will not have to plan for refrigerated or frozen items. Explore our Easter fundraising Ideas and Mother's Day fundraising Ideas pages for more seasonal options.
