Spring Brochure Fundraiser for Schools, Teams & Organizations
Hello Spring Fundraiser
Give your families a wonderful way to shop for flowers, gardening products, chocolates, gifts, and spring favorites while helping your group raise money. Your group will earn 50% profit on most Hello Spring brochure items, with no minimum order or upfront cost. That is one reason we recommend Hello Spring whether your group is large or small.
Some families will enjoy looking through the brochure together, while others may prefer to shop online. Your sellers can share the brochure with people they know and send their shopping links to family and friends they may not see in person. We’ll explain the selling options, answer your questions, and make sure you know what to expect before your spring fundraiser begins.

A Spring Catalog Fundraiser for Schools and Groups
Take a look through the brochure to see flowers, chocolates, gifts, and other spring favorites your families can enjoy at home or give to someone special. The brochure offers affordable options and larger gifts, so supporters can buy a small treat or choose something special for Easter, Mother's Day, the home, or the garden.

Pair Hello Spring with Gourmet Goodness
Hello Spring and Gourmet Goodness make a great combination for spring fundraisers because one brochure features flowers and gifts, while the other offers sweet and savory foods.
The two brochures share the same customer order form, so sellers can hand them out together, and your group can submit one combined order. Gourmet Goodness offers your families affordable foods to enjoy at home, bring to gatherings, or give as gifts. It is one of the Food Fundraising Ideas we often recommend when a group wants more variety.
Offering both brochures gives your sellers more to share, and we pack products from both together for each seller so they arrive in the same delivery.
Choose brochure, hybrid, or virtual fundraising
Your group can use the traditional brochure, sell entirely online, or combine the brochure with an online store.
Traditional brochure fundraising
A traditional fundraiser gives your sellers an attractive brochure they can share in person while collecting orders and payments. A family night or spring event is often an ideal time to start selling, which is what chairpersons have in mind when they look for new PTO spring fundraiser ideas.
The spring catalog fundraiser gives families choices across several price ranges. It is also one of our most popular PTO fundraising ideas for the spring season.
Recommended option: Hybrid fundraising
We recommend hybrid fundraising for most groups because sellers can reach people through both the brochure and the online store. They can show the
brochure to family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors, and share their links with people they may not see in person. Supporters can shop and pay online, then choose home delivery or have their orders included in your ship-to-group delivery. We'll explain our Online Fundraising options and what they mean for your volunteers and sellers. When chairpersons compare spring fundraiser ideas for PTA, hybrid fundraising can work well because families can look through the brochure at a school event and place their orders online later. Call me, and we can explore additional PTA fundraising ideas for the spring season.
Virtual fundraising
With a fully online spring fundraiser, sellers share their shopping links, and every product order ships directly to the buyer.

Your group does not collect order forms, payments, or boxes.

Hello Spring Success Made Simple
Success Made Simple shows you what happens from the day you choose your selling dates through the delivery of your orders. It explains brochure, hybrid, and virtual fundraising; seller packets; online registration; group-order submission; packing; delivery; and profit.

My Prize Program
A prize program can make spring fundraising more exciting for students, so we often recommend including one.
Students can earn individual prizes, classrooms can enter drawings, and teachers can receive incentives.
When you offer Hello Spring with Gourmet Goodness, sales from both brochures count toward the same prize levels.
How our Hello Spring fundraiser works
1
Choose how you want to sell
Call Deb to get started with brochure, hybrid, or virtual fundraising. Selling can begin in January, and you must submit group order forms by the end of April.
2
Customize your materials and online store
We’ll prepare a participant letter that includes your goal, selling dates, payment instructions, contact information, and the details families need. We can add your logo, a registration QR code, and selling tips. If you choose hybrid or virtual fundraising, we’ll set up your online store.
3
Receive seller packets and kickoff materials
We will prepare and ship everything your group needs to get started at no cost. Brochure and hybrid groups receive ready-to-hand-out seller packets. Virtual groups receive a flyer to share their online store. For school brochure and hybrid fundraisers, each tote holds 25 seller packets, and teachers can keep the totes. Posters and the kickoff video help keep the fundraiser visible.
4
Register and begin selling
For hybrid or virtual fundraising, encourage sellers to register and share their shopping links. Brochure and hybrid sellers can also show the brochure in
person.
5
Submit your group order
Use the prepaid return materials to mail the order forms, scan and email them, or have sellers enter their orders online. We'll enter their orders from the forms you send us.
6
Receive orders packed for each seller
We combine brochure orders and online ship-to-group orders for each seller before shipping them to your organization. Every order arrives in a labeled box, ready to hand out, and ship-to-group orders ship free.
7
Distribute orders and receive your profit
Most Hello Spring brochure items earn 50% profit. Food mixes, totes, chocolates, all Gourmet Goodness items, and online product sales earn 40%. Your group earns $11 for every Yankee Candle sold online and 70% of every online donation.
Your group keeps brochure profit upfront. We apply online ship-to-group profit to your invoice. With a virtual fundraiser, product orders ship to the buyers,
and the profit check is mailed to your organization.

Spring fundraising ideas with flowers, gifts & gourmet favorites
As winter begins to fade, families want cheerful colors and something new for spring. That gives sellers a natural reason to share the brochure. One person may choose something for the garden, another may pick out chocolates, and someone shopping for Easter may find a gift that is hard to pass up.
Spring fundraisers work best when families have more than one reason to buy. Hello Spring combines seasonal shopping with useful gifts, treats, and homeand garden products.

We can also show you other spring fundraiser ideas if you want to offer something different. Groups looking for Easter fundraiser ideas can begin selling in January, giving families time to place their orders before the holiday. We can also answer questions about other Easter fundraising ideas if your dates do not work for Hello Spring or you want to offer different products.
Hello Spring for teams, churches & other groups
Sports teams can use the fundraiser to help pay for uniforms, equipment, and travel.
Sellers can show the brochure at games and practices, then use the
online store to reach family and coworkers.
Churches, youth organizations, clubs, and nonprofits can raise money for programs, trips, outreach, and group activities.
A spring fundraiser for schools and parent groups
Spring fundraisers for schools
When you're looking at spring fundraiser ideas for schools, Hello Spring gives students a beautiful brochure and an online option for relatives they may not see in person. Among spring fundraising ideas for schools, packed-and-labeled orders are especially helpful because volunteers do not have to sort every flower, gift, or food item before pickup. That same convenience matters when you’re considering spring fundraiser ideas for PTO.
Schools looking for spring school fundraiser ideas can use the money for field trips, classroom needs, student activities, and end-of-year events. We can also answer questions about other School Fundraising Ideas. Questions about Mother’s Day fundraising for schools usually come down to timing, so we’ll explain the selling dates and expected delivery schedule before
your group begins.
A spring flower fundraiser with more than flowers
Flower fundraising is easier to share when the brochure also offers non-gardeners something to buy. Hello Spring includes flowers and gardening items, plus plenty of gifts and treats for families who don't garden.
Groups looking for flower fundraiser ideas often want bulbs and seeds without limiting the entire fundraiser to one product category. Some chairpersons specifically ask for a flower bulb fundraiser. For groups interested in spring bulb fundraising, Hello Spring offers bulbs and other plants that families can grow and enjoy together. The brochure also offers growing kits that children and adults can watch take shape, giving groups another way to offer a flower seed fundraiser. Families choosing Mother's Day fundraising gifts may find flowers, chocolates, or something special for the home.
We can also go over other Mother's Day fundraising ideas if Hello Spring isn't what you had in mind.
